Health Care Plans Availability by State

The table below shows the availability of our plans in each state. Use it as part of your research to determine what plans you should research further or to help you decide on which state to domicile in as a nomad.

A checkmark means that a particular plan is available to residents of that state. It is not an indicator of whether that plan can be used in that state because all of our non-ACA plans offer nationwide coverage

Some states have special rules for certain plans (like Short Term Medical) and we have indicated those special rules where appropriate. We update this table several times per year as needed but it’s always good to check with us for accuracy.

Medicare Plans Availability by State

The table below shows the availability of  our Medicare Advantage MSA plan and Medicare Supplement plans in each state. Use it as part of your research to determine what plans you should research further or to help you decide on which state to domicile in as a nomad.

A checkmark means that a particular plan is available to residents of that state. It is not an indicator of whether that plan can be used in that state because all of our Medicare plans offer nationwide no-network coverage!

Some states have special rules for certain plans (like when a Medicare Supplement is guaranteed issue) and we have indicated those special rules where appropriate. Most states use the same standardized alphabetized letters A-N for Medicare Supplement plans but a few states (WI, MN, MA) have slightly different designs for their plans.

We update this table several times per year as needed but it’s always good to check with us for accuracy.
